Consent to the use of my personal data and my subscription to the newsletter

1. I hereby permit Casa United SAGL in Germany, Switzerland and all other countries that offer a localized version of the CASA UNITED Partner Network in the respective language to process and utilize the data that I provided at the time I registered as a member of the CASA UNITED Partner Network. This permission also extends to personal data that Casa United SAGL collects in accordance with the Notes on the use of your personal data for the purpose of creating user profiles, conducting market research and providing me with selected product information and service offers via post and email.
2. I hereby agree to receive newsletters, product information and service offers by email.
3. I also consent to the storage and processing of my first and last name, postal address and e-mail address as well as my credit card information (card holder name, credit card number and credit card verification number on the reverse of the card) and the membership fee payable by me on the PCI-DSS certified finance gate platform of PAYONE GmbH & Co. KG, Fraunhoferstrasse 2-4, 24118 Kiel, Germany, for the purposes of payment processing in cases where I purchase fee-based products.
4. I may, at any time, withdraw this declaration of consent in its entirety or in parts vis-à-vis CASA UNITED AG concerning the future use of my data by sending a letter to the address listed under Imprint at www.casaunited.com or by sending an email to legal@casaunited.com. However, I am aware that I will no longer be able to use fee-based services of CASA UNITED, if I withdraw my consent to processing my credit card data pursuant to item 3 of this Declaration.
